The definitions of “water users’ associations” and “Board of Representatives” are replaced by “water users’ organizations” and “Council of Representatives” respectively. The addenda concern various issues such as: tasks and responsibilities of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection; transfer of irrigation and drainage infrastructures; exploitation and maintenance of irrigation and drainage systems; tasks and responsibilities of water users’ organizations and federations and related aspects such as membership rights, statutes and rules of procedures.
