Résumé Public private partnership shall be intended interaction between public and private partners on the issues of involving a public partner in designing, financing, construction, rehabilitation, reconstruction of infrastructure facilities, as well as in managing existing or newly created infrastructure facilities and/or providing infrastructure services. PPP shall be applicable to energy generation, distribution and trade, utilities, tourism and recreation, and management of water resources.
