Résumé This Law establishes the State Policy to Encourage Entrepreneurship, Industrial Development and New Technologies. The objectives of the policy are: to encourage the creation and installation of new industries in the State; promote industrial and technological development in the State; stimulate public and private investments for the sustainable development of the activities covered by this Law; generate employment opportunities and increase income in the sectors covered by the policy; grant benefits and generate revenue for the State; qualify and train young people for entrepreneurship and the development of new technologies; create regionalized industrial hubs.
