This Law shall enter into force 90 days after its publication in the official gazette.
Résumé

This Law is about food control and it is composed of 31 articles . It sets forth some definitions of technical words mentioned in the provisions of this Law. The General Organization for Food and Drug Administration is the main organization involved in the food hygiene control; import and export, as well as controlling health related issues and procedures. The Organization is concerned with the circulation of food and banning it if not matching all the requirements of Health Certification; it also provides for the inspection and surveillance of food and its standards. The Law sets forth penalties in case of any violation to the provisions of this Law.
