Résumé This Law, consisting of 21 articles creates the Higher Institution for Inspection Against Corruption. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institution, entitled to perform the following activities: adoption of measures that guarantee the transparency of the functioning of the institutions and the constant improvement of devices that safeguard the integrity of the Public Heritage and the dignity of the State. In particular, the Superior Inspectorate Against Corruption aims at preventing and investigating acts of Corruption and fraud committed in the exercise of political positions and administrative functions and reporting these actions to the competent bodies for the exercise of criminal or disciplinary action.
