Résumé The present Law regulates relations connected with registration, legal protection and use of trademarks and geographic denomination. The Law consists of 6 Sections that contain 37 Arts. Section 1 (arts. 1-8) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 9-24) regards registration of trademarks and geographic denomination. Section 3 (arts. 25-28) regards utilization of trademarks and geographic denomination. Section 4 (arts. 29-31) regards cessation of legal protection of trademarks and geographic denomination.
