Résumé This Law regulates the trade of endangered wildlife species (animals, birds, plants, bacterial and fungal organisms). These organisms are listed in appendices. The international trade and the transit of this listed fungal organisms are forbidden except for the cases of obtainment of a licence from the executive management in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
