Law No. 4391-VI “On particulars of ensuring agricultural commodities with state support”.

This Law regulates relations in the sphere of ensuring agricultural commodities, performed with state support, with a view of protection of property of agricultural producers and is aimed at ensuring stability of agriculture. Basic principles of insurance of agricultural commodities shall be as follows: (a) maintaining stability of financial situation and credit capacity of agricultural producers in case of destruction or loss of ensured property due to natural disasters and calamities; (b) obligation of conclusion of contract for insuring agricultural commodities; (c) equal access to state support of all the producers of agricultural commodities; and (d) guarantee of compensation of damages.
