Résumé This Law approves the Economic Activity Delimitation, with the purpose of defining the legal regimes for access to the exercise of Economic Activity in the Republic of Angola, by highlighting the right to free entrepreneurial and cooperative initiative recognized in the Constitution for all private entities. The Law, consisting of 11 articles divided into three Chapters, regulates all activity aimed at the production and sale of goods and/or provision of services, carried out for consideration and with the purpose of obtaining profits. It applies to public, private and cooperative entities that intend to develop Economic Activities in the Republic, stipulating that the general regime of access to economic activity is that of free private economic and business initiative, without prejudice to the provisions regarding the absolute reserve and relative reserve regimes of the State, which protects and respects private property, as well as free economic and business initiative, exercised under the terms of the Constitution and the applicable law, allowing access to economic activity to both national and foreign citizens, on an equal basis.
