This Law enters into force 90 days after its publication.
Résumé

This Law, consisting of four Chapters divided into 21 articles, provides for registration of companies, cadastre of products and inspection over use, consumption, trade, storage, transportation, supply in the application and the disposal of pesticide and phytosanitary packaging for agricultural area. It also amends Law No. 15.266 of 26 December 2013, on tax treatment of fees under the State Executive Branch. It establishes the Agricultural and Livestock Protection Coordination to carry out the following activities: I - registration of products for commercialization in the State of São Paulo; II - registration of companies of production, formulation, import, export, processing, commercialization, storage, receipt of empty packages and of service rendering in their application; III - supervision of use, trade and storage; IV - supervision of the companies providing service of application of the products; V - inspection of the return and final destination of empty containers; VI - supervision and control of residues in plants and their by-products; VII - supervision of the guarantee and validity of the products commercialized in the State of São Paulo.
