This Law enters into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

This Law provides for the institution of the national Cadastre and Survey Organization, its functions and powers, involving activities dedicated to the management of cartography and topography of land. It is a public organization under the responsibility of the Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works. It is presided by a seven members Committee. The Committee’s mandate has duration of three years and may be re-elected without any restriction. The Organization is aiming at the mapping and updating process, at the creation of a common format of cartography, at surveying and cartographing the national territory and at the creation of a geodetic and environmental data bank.
