Résumé

This Law provides for simplified environmental procedures for the implementation and operation of micro-sized enterprises and/or activities with low degrading potential that promote improvements in the population's quality of life and are subject to simplified licensing by self-declaration with the competent state environmental body, without prejudice municipal licensing. Simplified licensing by self-declaration consists of a unified phase of issuing licenses, which can be granted through digital certification based on registration with technical and environmental information provided by the interested party and defined in a COEMA Resolution. The granting of the simplified environmental license resulting from the self-declaration of the enterprise or activity as micro-sized with low degrading potential is the responsibility of SEMACE. The Law specifies activities which are subject to simplified licensing by self-declaration: water treatment plant-ETA, with simple disinfection; water supply system with simple disinfection; wet passage without water resource dam (length of up to 50.0 m); social interest housing; animal breeding; plant cultivation, etc.
