Résumé Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State land reclamation systems, as well as intercompany reclamation systems and separately located waterworks, owned by the state, for the performance of obligations, envisaged by the agreement on public-private partnership, can be transferred to a private partner on condition of ownership, use, including free of charge management”. Article 15 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Planning of land reclamation shall be carried out in accordance with the forecasts and programs of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus, schemes of complex territorial organization of administrative-territorial and territorial units. Land reclamation planning shall be carried out in the forms of state programs and regional complexes of measures in the field of land reclamation, annual work plans for the construction, operation (maintenance) of land reclamation systems and separately located waterworks. Annual work plans for construction, operation (maintenance) of reclamation systems and separately located waterworks shall be developed by district executive and administrative bodies, coordinated with the regional executive and administrative bodies and approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus”.
