Résumé The purpose of this Law is to establish the rules of access and regulate the exercise of commercial activity and to contribute to the organization and modernization of commercial infrastructures, protect free and fair competition between traders and safeguard the rights of consumers. This law applies to the exercise of commercial activities and services carried out in the national territory by traders or those acting on their behalf and aims to promote, prepare or cooperate in the carrying out and conclusion of trade. The commercial activity and related provision on services is subject to the following order and procedures, namely: a) licensing; b) the organization of commercial registration and the provision of related services; c) the operating hours regime for commercial establishments and the provision of related services; d) the promotional activities regime; e) the special sales regime; f) inspection and supervision of establishments and commercial activities and the provision of related services.
