Law No. 1.020 establishing the Agriculture Policy within the State of Acre.

This Law, consisting of 11 Chapters, establishes the Agriculture Policy within the State of Acre. The Agriculture Policy is a Regional tool to implement and regulate: agricultural products, marketing, agro-industry and supply in order to improve the sustainable rural development at State level. The Law is divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (Chap. I); Objectives (Chap. II); Planning and Institutional Organization (Chap. III); Production and productivity (Chap.
