Entry into force notes

This Law will be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day of the Croatian entrance into the European Union.

Résumé

This Law (in order to implement the effective use of the European standards on the territory of the Croatian Republic) adopts all standards and technical measures deriving from the Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 concerning the placing on the market of plant protection products (21.10.2009).
