It also defines the functions of the Ministry responsible for lands for purposes of this Act and establishes the Land Professionals Registration Committee (Land Valuation). The Committee shall, among other things, promote and maintain high standards of professional education and conduct among persons engaged in the practice of land valuing in Samoa and act as a disciplinary body.
