Résumé The present Regulation enacts section 21 of the Territorial Lands (Yukon) Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to land use planning. The text – consisting of 14 sections – deals with the following matters: establishment of land management zones, designation of inspectors, prohibitions, excavations, water crossings, monuments, archaeological sites, restoration of permit areas, emergencies, eligibility for a permit, application for a permit, terms and conditions of permit, reports, determination of land use fees, land division and plans, duties and powers of inspectors, cancellation of permit, discontinuance of land use operation and appeals.
