Under section 2, a Chief Surveyor shall be appointed and sections 3 to 8 are dedicated to the coordinate system to be established in Prince Edward Island. Section 9 to 20 are dedicated to surveys and related licensing and reporting requirements, other provisions of the Act concern fees and offences and penalties.
