There are provisions relating to the power of the Registrar-General after due investigation to prepare and insert folios into land registers (sect. 2). "Land Register" is defined as a book deemed to be kept by a Registrar of Lands for the purposes of the registration of instruments affecting land under the Registration of Documents Ordinance (sect. 9).
