Provisions of Part II of the Act provide for compulsory acquisition of land for public purposes. Section 4 provides a definition of public purposes. In sections 6 to 10 the procedures of notification of intention of compulsory acquisition are outlined. The second part of Part II deals with compensation of entitled persons.
