Résumé The objective of this Law is to determine the common rights and obligations of employees and employers participating in labor relations, collective agreements, negotiations, individual and collective labor disputes, labor conditions, management, control, and responsibilities for violators of laws and regulations on the basis of labor contracts. The employee must provide working conditions that meet the safety and hygiene requirements, receive wages and rest, join a union in order to protect their rights and legal interests through themselves and their representative organizations, receive pensions and benefits in accordance with laws, labor and collective agreements, has the right to other rights and benefits specified in the agreement. If the physical health of a person infected with the human immunodeficiency virus or diagnosed with acquired immunodeficiency does not prevent him from working or the working conditions are compatible therewith, it is prohibited to refuse to hire him for that reason or to dismiss him from his current job.
