Résumé

This Joint Order establishes that certificates of the place of origin of commodities shall be issued for the attestation of the place of origin of commodities and the proceedings can be carried out in accordance with acting legislation of the country of origin of commodities. Certification shall be considered expertise of commodities and issuance of conformity certificate. The authorized certification institution shall be the Ministry of External Economic Ties. The following documentation shall be submitted for expertise: (a) contract; (b) documents attesting producer of commodities and raw materials and components used for manufacturing; (c) description of technological process; and (d) veterinary certificates for commodities of animal origin. Annex 1 contains the form of Expertise conclusion.
