Joint Order No. 85 of the Minister of Agriculture and No. 63 of the Minister of Economy and Budgetary Planning validating criteria of risk evaluation in the sphere of conservation, reproduction and management of fishes and other aquatic animals.

This Joint Order establishes criteria of risk evaluation in relation to potential damages that may be caused fishery resources by deterioration of ecological situation and biological disbalance of fishery waterbodies (fishing areas) with the consideration of gravity of the consequences thereof. Criteria shall be applicable to water abstraction organizations (availability and functioning of fish protection waterworks), zoological collections and aquaculture. Criteria shall be classified as objective and subjective. Objective criteria shall include control of water abstraction installations used for agricultural purposes, abstraction of potable water, aquaculture and collecting of aquatic species. Subjective criteria shall include violation (offences) of national legislation in the sphere of fisheries.
