Résumé

The present Regulation establishes the nomenclature of commodities and requirements as regards quality and safety of produce to be stored at the state reserve, the modalities of the delivery, storage, distribution, registration of the transactions and liability for the infringement of the modalities of storage and other operations with the state material reserve. The Regulation is compulsory for the enterprises under the jurisdiction of the State Committee on State Material Reserve and storage points that carry out long-term storage of produce in conformity with the contracts concluded with the Committee. The Regulation is applicable to meat and poultry products. In the summertime meat shall not be put for long-term storage. Imported meat must not be stored at the state reserve. Butter subject to storage shall be produced in the period of May to September of the current year. Each carcass of the frozen meat must be marked with labels attesting quality of meat. Butter can be packed in blocks of 20 kilograms with the inscription of the following data on the cardboard package: 1) trademark or registration number of the producer; 2) production date; 3) index number; 4) net weight; 5) net weight of the package; 6) type and quality of butter; 7) index of the normative act in conformity with which the butter was produced. Delivery of meat and butter to the state reserve shall be carried out in conformity with the annual schedule of refreshment of reserves and other governmental regulations and orders.
