Joint Order No. 153 of the Ministry of Agriculture and of the Federal Fisheries Agency regarding catches of biological resources for the purpose of fish farming, stock enhancement and acclimatization of biological resources for the period 2007–2008.

The Director of the Federal Fisheries Agency orders the state institutions subordinated to the Agency to undertake catches of biological resources for the purpose of fish farming, stock enhancement and acclimatization of biological resources for the period of 2007 – 2008. In the event it becomes impossible to carry out fishery activities for such purposes using proper fishing vessels and fishing gear, external fishing authorizations shall be selected through tender. Applicants must file an application containing the following documentation: (a) certificate from the tax inspector attesting lack of arrears; (b) copy of the certificate issued by the state registration authority attesting to the applicant’s registration as a legal person; (c) availability of fishing vessels and fishing gear; and (d) proposals for daily compensation of expenditures related to fishing activities.
