Résumé

For the import or export of toxic chemicals prescribed in the list of strictly restricted toxic chemicals in China (2020), an application shall be made to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment for handling the environmental management release notice for the import (export) of toxic chemicals in accordance with the provisions of this Announcement and the Annexes. The import and export business operators shall go through the import and export formalities with the customs according to the environmental management release notice for the import (export) of toxic chemicals.
