The present Regulations provide for the operation and maintenance of irrigation works for the supply of water to the proprietors of land in the Irrigation Division “Leibadi-Apokofto”, Kaminaria Village, Region of Limmasol. The Regulations provide for a range of matters concerning water fees; intervention on irrigation works; landowners and co-land owners’ obligations regarding irrigation; provision as to the mode of distributing water for irrigation purposes; request for dissolution of the Irrigation Division.
