After a preliminary part sically covering interpretation issues, the second part ranks the Policies and Business Guide as paramount for all public officers and any authority in Malawi exercising or performing powers, duties or functions concerning the commitment of the Government in promoting and assisting investment in Malawi. Part three covers the priority investment areas as well as the investment certificates (procedures for the application, issuance, revocation) and permits. The last part sets general provisions.
