Résumé The present Law implements the Federal Civil Protection Act of 4 October 2002. In particular, the Law regulates the preparation and implementation of measures to: a) protect the population; b) take care of protection seekers; c) to support the cantonal and municipal emergency units; d) carry out repair work and maintenance for the benefit of the community. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization (II); Civil protection organizations (III); Protected buildings (IV); Financial provisions (V); Legal remedies and penalties (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).
