The persons in public life are listed in the First Schedule. The functions of the Commission are listed in Article 12, such as: to receive and investigate complaints regarding non-compliance with or contravention of any provisions of this Act or the Prevention of Corruption Act, and to conduct an investigation into any offence of corruption under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
