This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

These Instructions consisting of 41 articles aim at specifying the conditions for obtaining permission from the Committee for Establishing Activity to undertake any development activities. Specific conditions are established for establishing farms and factories and choosing a site for: food factories (divided between those that produce and do not produce odors); dairy factories; dairy plants; fish farms; poultry farms; sheep farming; cattle farms; horse farms; slaughterhouses; animal protein factories; sponges factories; potash factories and the like; detergents and paint factories and the like; wooden and metal furniture factories; plastics factories; compost projects; dry waste plants; battery recycling; recycling tires; brick and tile plants; quarries; concrete mixer processing; cement and phosphate factories and oil refineries; mixer asphalt plant; car washing and oil change stations; warehouse locations; warehouses of chemical substances; clean energy projects.
