Environmental fees for the pollution of atmospheric air shall be transferred to local budget and used in conformity with the established modalities. Because of the absence of limits for the emission of hazardous substances there must be established uniformed rate corresponding to allowable emissions. Environmental fees for the pollution of atmospheric air by stationary sources shall be determined by the quantity of consumed fuel. Texte intégral Russe
