Hunting of the aforesaid species shall be carried out in accordance with hunting permits (Annex 1). Hunting of hurt and ill hoofed animals shall be carried out all the year round in accordance with hunting permits issued by the regional hunting inspections. Hunting of hoofed animals shall be carried out in accordance with registered total number thereof leaving a number of species required for reproduction and stock enhancement of the population. Registration of the total number of species shall be carried out annually after the end of hunting season. Hunting of elk, deer, Siberian stag and Manchurian wapiti (Cervus elaphus) of one year of age can amount to 20% of the total hunting game. The issuance of hunting permits shall be charged.
