Entry into force notes: The present Ordinance enters into force on 27 August 2005.

Résumé: The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to limitation of emissions from diesel-engines used in inland navigation. This Ordinance prescribes the placing on the market of engines for inland vessels and their installation in inland vessels.The text consists of 4 Articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Technical provisions (2); Competent authorities and tasks (3); Administrative Offences (4).
