There are provisions on the rules for approval of certification of breeding bulls and duties for owners of breeding bulls. Breeding bulls may not be slaughtered unless a permit has been obtained from the Department Director. Chapter 3 concerns artificial insemination including the conditions plant owners must fulfill.
