Résumé This Regulation is composed of 20 articles and 2 Forms. Exploitation of the following forests without previous licences is prohibited: forest with land inclination more than 40%; forests useful for stopping the advance of sand; forests useful for the protection of watercourses; water supplies and deposits; forest useful for the protection of land against flood and forests used as a green enclosures around towns and villages for embellishing, adorning and creating a mild climate (art. 1). The exploitation of the country forests will be carried out by the inhabitats of the villages neighbouring the forests under the supervision of a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Waters (art. 2). The Ministry of Agriculture and Waters offers the advances and the technical services to the proprietors of the private forests as well as the Ministry can provide them gratis with the surplus nursery-plants (arts. 9 and 10). Exploitation of the forests and transportation of forest products must be authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Waters (arts. 11 and 12). Pastures protected by villages, tribes, clans, firms and institutions are to be considered natural pastures without ownership-right for superintending over the protection (art. 15). exploitation and grazing license (form I).
