Such a product is a substance for human consumption imitating a dairy product, a substitute for a dairy product, or is represented to be for the same use as a dairy product and in addition manufactured wholly or in part from any fat or oil other than that of milk and includes any product intended for use as a dessert topping or as a coffee whitener. For the purpose of this Act the Minister shall appoint an inspector who may enter all premises and inspect dairy food. The text consists of 5 sections.
