Résumé These Regulations, made under sections 255 and 256 of the Heritage Act 2017 consisting of 33 sections and completed by twelve Schedules, objectives of these Regulations are: a) to prescribe forms and documents for the purposes of the Heritage Act 2017; b) to prescribe fees payable in relation to certain permits, reviews, consents and certificates under the Act; c) to exempt particular classes of people from certain fees relating to permits or consents; d) to authorize the Heritage Council to waive certain fees prescribed in these Regulations; e) to prescribe infringement offences and infringement penalties; and f) to prescribe other matters for the purposes of the Act. Schedules specify the following issues: Form of nomination of a place or object for inclusion in the Heritage Register; Form for submission to the Heritage Council; Form of application for heritage certificate; Form of notice of intention to sell registered place or registered object; Form of notice for alterations for the purposes of religious services or rites; Form of permit application; Form of permit amendment application; Form of application for consent; Form of site card; Form of interim protection order; Form of notice of existence of an interim protection order; and Form of identity card for inspectors.
