Section 9 establishes that the objects of the Foundation are, inter alia, to receive, acquire by purchase, donation o lease, and to hold, preserve, maintain or construct, restore and manage property both real and personal of historical, architectural, recreational, aesthetic or scenic interest for the use, enjoyment and benefit of the people of Manitoba.
