General provisions include: a necessary municipal license; location and details for interior decor; equipment, including a permanent source of filtered hot and cold water and wastewater drainage system. It also gives regulations for workers, such as health card, annual medical examination, uniforms and head-dresses, personal cleanliness. Specific measures are provided for foodstuff items, utensils, customers’ area and area of the sandwich and beverage preparation. Mobile coffee shops are allowed to serve only sandwich and some kinds of hot/cold drinks.
