Résumé

These Regulations are made pursuant to powers vested in the government under Haryana Water Resources (Conservation, Regulation and Management) Authority Act, 2020 for conduct of the Authority’s proceedings and discharge of its functions. The Regulations provide for the general rules regarding the initiation of proceedings; presentation, scrutiny and admission of petitions; fees; appeal procedure; filing of replies and objections; conducting hearings. It empowers the Authority to make orders relating to collection of information, inquiry, investigation, entry and inspection and imposing costs. The Secretary or the officer authorized by the Authority shall have the power to enforce the compliance of the orders passed by the Authority.
