It also provides with respect to certain matters regarding marking and movement of fishing vessels, landing of fish and fees for a licence for a relevant vessel authorised to be used as a fishing boat. Every relevant vessel authorised for use for fishing shall be shall have its name and the licence number assigned to and be properly marked. The master of a vessel other than a fishing vessel of less than 20 feet shall, if required by the Harbour Master, give prior notice to the Harbour Master of the vessel's arrival at, departure from, or movement within the harbour.
