The purpose of this Document is mainly to construct a guideline on spatial data quality to adapt in the development of NWRD. The specific objectives of this Document are: 1.To develop the spatial data quality standards; 2.To formulating data quality management guideline for sustainable NWRD; 3. To develop of standard format of data quality reporting. 4. To develop product specification for producing new and update data layers of NWRD in near future and as well as other organizations.
