This Governor’s Decree enters into force on 6 April 2020.
Résumé

The Governor, with a view of prevention of the importation and spread of new coronavirus infection caused by COVID-19, decrees to suspend until 30 April 2020 (inclusive) the functioning of restaurants, cafes, canteens, buffets, bars, snack bars and other catering establishments in the regional territory, with the exception of takeaway services, provided that individual service is provided at the checkout, as well as delivery of orders. The aforesaid restriction shall not apply to canteens, buffets, cafes and other catering facilities that provide catering for employees of organizations.
