Résumé The scope of this Governor’s Decree shall be conservation of wild fauna species subject to hunting and rational management thereof. The following types of hunting shall be authorized: (a) commercial hunting; (b) artisanal and sport hunting; (c) hunting for scientific research and educational purposes; (d) hunting for regulation of number of wild fauna species subject to hunting; (e) hunting for acclimatization, transfer and hybridization of hunting resources; (f) hunting for captive breeding; and (g) hunting as traditional rights of indigenous small ethnic communities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation.
