Sea ports: Pilies, Malkų įlankos, Būtingė oil terminal and Molo shall be proclaimed border crossing points. The activities of catering facilities, restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs and other entertainment venues shall be prohibited. The prohibition shall not apply in the following cases: (a) where food can be taken away or it can be otherwise delivered to natural and legal persons; and (b) where catering is organized in open spaces.
