Résumé

The scope of this Governmental Decree is the introduction of modern and transparent mechanism of access to information on land cadastre of agricultural land to be displayed on the official websites of ministries, departments and local government. Land cadastre information is the state information resource of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is intended for use by relevant ministries and agencies, local authorities, interested legal entities and natural persons. Land cadastre information shall be classified as follows: (a) land cadastre information of limited access; and (b) open land cadastre information. Land use cadastre information includes information on land parcels allocated to agricultural organizations in accordance with the established procedure for agricultural management, which is used by authorized ministries, agencies and organizations. Open information of land cadastre includes information on agricultural land that is not currently being distributed to agricultural organizations in the prescribed manner and is used by authorized ministries, agencies and organizations, and all legal entities and natural persons. Land cadastre database includes the following information: (a) legal regime of land parcel, location, boundaries, reference number, area, soil fertility and quality characteristics of land; (b) water availability for agricultural land, land reclamation, irrigation networks and structures; (c) crop cultivation (including crop rotation plan); (d) availability of vineyards, mulberry trees and fruit trees; and (e) profile (specialization) of farms.
