Governmental Decree No. 475 validating the Regulation on export from the national territory and import to the national territory of ore minerals, concentrates and waste containing precious metals and associated extractive metals.

This Governmental Decree esatblishes the modalities of export from the national territory and import to the national territory of ore minerals, concentrates and waste containing precious metals and associated extractive metals and the modalities of state supervison over the processing the the aforsaid ore minerals. The aforesasid activities shall be subject to mandatory licensing.
