Résumé

Program of poultry industry development in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2007-2015 is a sectoral nationwide policy document designed to develop poultry breeding sector, improve the economy, implement the food program, reduce poverty, increase the number and productivity of poultry. In order to meet the needs of the population with protein diet (egg and diet meat), poultry farming as a fast-growing sector for economic development of the country can take an important place. Due to the fact that the source of poultry farming development depends on a solid feed base, feed supply was centralized, and 670 - 700 thousand tons of combined feed were produced during the year for all breeds of birds (chickens, ducks, turkeys, etc.) and farms were provided for the complete supply of birds. As a result, changes in the forms of management in production and production relations interrupted joint work, which led to a decrease in arable land of farms, lack of production of concentrated fodder and the import of breeding eggs, which adversely affected the development of the industry. One of the reasons for the decrease in the production activity of the industry is the lack of a concentrated feed base. Protein components such as: bone meal, fish meal, blood meal and meat meal, premixes, vitamins, amino acids, macro-micro elements and enzymes are required to enrich compound feeds. In mixed fodders they are introduced in small quantities, but are of particular importance for the safety and productivity of poultry. The scope of the Program is to restore the capacity of poultry farms, increase the number of all types of birds, production and processing of its products. Implementation of this Program creates conditions for creation of new jobs, poverty reduction, protection of population from infectious diseases and prevention of import of low quality poultry products from abroad.
